心脑通络液治疗缺血性心脏病机理的实验研究

     摘要:目的探讨心脑通络液治疗缺血性心脏病的机理。方法使用兔开胸结扎冠状动脉造成缺血性心脏病模型,将30只兔随机分成5组,即假手术组、模型组、地奥心血康组、心脑通络液高、低剂量组。2 d后检测NO及其基因表达,ET1及其基因表达。结果心脑通络液能升高NO水平,降低ET1水平,升高ecNOS mRNA水平,降低ET1 mRNA水平,疗效优于地奥心血康组(P<0.05 ) 。结论 心脑通络液能从基因转录和翻译水平对ecNOS, ET1进行调节,显著升高家兔心肌缺血后血清中NO水平,降低ET1水平,减轻缺血状态下对心肌细胞和血管内皮细胞造成的损害,具有保护缺血心肌细胞及血管内皮功能的功效。

    Experimental Study on Mechanism of Treating Ischemia Heart Disease with Xinnaotongluoye

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo study mechanism of treating Ischemia heart disease with Xinnaotongluoye. MethodsMade the model of AMI by tieing up the rabbit`s coronary artery. Divided the rabbits into five groups. After two days the NO,Et1 and their mRNA level were observed.ResultsThe study showed Xinnaotongluoye could make level of NO and its mRNA up and the level of ET1 and its mRNA down, the relative effect was more significant in the Xinnaotongluoye group than the Diaoxinxuekang group (P<0.05). ConclusionXinnaotongluoye can improve the level of NO and its mRNA, the level of ET1 and its mRNA to protect the myocardium against the harm of Ischemia heart disease. ......
