半边旗水溶性成分对不同肿瘤细胞生长抑制作用的研究

     摘要：目的研究半边旗水溶性成分对不同肿瘤细胞生长的抑制作用。方法采用MTT法及 Trypan Blue拒染法。结果半边旗水溶性成分对求BEL-7402，A549，K562细胞生长的抑制率达到56.39%，53.85%，74.70%。结论半边旗水溶性成分对多种肿瘤细胞的生长具有明显的抑制作用。

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo study the antitumor effects of the soluble components of Pteris semipnnata L. (PsL)on various tumor cells. MethodsCell grow inhibition mediated by the soluble components of PsL was measured by MTT assay and Trypan Blue exclusion. ResultsThe effects of the soluble components of PsL on growth of BEL-7402, A549,K562 cells after 24 hours treatment were 56.39%、53.85%、74.70%, respectively. ConclusionThe soluble components of PsL can significantly inhibit the growth of various tumor cells. ......
