薄层扫描法测定尘肺清颗粒中黄芪甲苷的含量

     摘要：目的测定尘肺清颗粒中黄芪甲苷的含量。方法用薄层扫描测定尘肺清颗粒中黄芪甲苷含量。结果黄芪甲苷的线性范围为1.00～8.00μg，平均回收率为98.2%,RSD为1.15%；测得三批尘肺清颗粒中黄芪甲苷的平均含量为0.285 mg/g。结论方法简便、准确、快速、重现性好，可作为该制剂的质量控制标准。

    Determination of Astragaloside Ⅳ in Chenfeiqing Granules by TLCscanning

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo establish a method of determination of Astragaloside Ⅳ in Chenfeiqing Granules. MethodsThe content of Astragaloside Ⅳ was assayed by TLCscanning.ResultsAstragaloside Ⅳ showed a linear relationship at the range of 1.00～8.00 μg, the average recovery was 98.2%，RSD=1.15%(n＝5).ConclusionThe method is simple,accurate,quick and good reproducible.It can be used for the determination of Astragaloside Ⅳ in Chenfeiqing Granules.
