陪护对脑卒中患者生活质量的影响 (pdf)[摘要] 目的 评价陪护对脑卒中患者生活质量的影响。方法 采用世界卫生组织生存质量量表(WHOQOL)对172例脑卒中患者进行测评。结果 (1)脑卒中患者生活质量各领域评分及总分均低正常对照组，差异有显著性(P<0.05)；(2)不同陪护的脑卒中患者生活质量总分，差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 家属陪护有利于改善脑卒中患者生活质量。

Evaluating the influence of the caregiver on the quality of life in stroke patients

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the influence of the caregiver on the quality of life in stroke patients.Methods 172 stroke patients were assessed by World Health Organization of quality of life 100 questions(WHOQOL).Results (1)The scores of QOL with family caregiver stroke patients were higher than that of other’s(P<0.05).(2)The score of each domain of QOL with family caregiver stroke patients was higher than that of other’s(P<0.05).Conclusion The family caregiver have improved the quality of life in stroke patients.
