高效液相色谱法测定菊花中绿原酸含量的方法改进

     摘要：目的对菊花中绿原酸含量的测定方法进行改进。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定绿原酸含量。结果菊花中绿原酸的含量按《中国药典》2005年版Ⅰ部方法实验，样品提取方法复杂，含量有损失，误差较大。结论将含量测定方法改进后，具有样品溶液提取方法简便、含量准确可靠、分离效果好、灵敏度高、稳定性好等优点，为标准的修订提供可行的依据。

    The Improvement in Assaying of the Chlorogenic Acid in Flos Chrysanthemi by HPLC

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo improve the method for the assaying of the chlorogenic acid in Flos Chrysanthemi. MethodsWith HPLC the chlorogenic acid was determined. ResultsAccording to CH.P(2005) the method is complicated, sample is drawn, the content has losses, the error is relatively great.ConclusionAfter improvement, it is reliable, simple,convenient, accurate, sensitive, stable for extraction, and it can offer a feasible basis for revision of the standard .
