灰树花子实体多糖中 β葡萄糖含量的酶法测定

     摘要:目的探讨灰树花子实体多糖中 β葡聚糖含量的测定方法。方法多糖粗提物依次用高温 α淀粉酶、木瓜蛋白酶和 α1,4葡萄糖水解酶水解,通过测定其中葡萄糖的含量计算β葡聚糖的含量。结果确定了测定方法中几种酶的用量。在0~300 mg·L-1范围内线性关系良好,测得灰树花子实体多糖中 β葡聚糖含量为3.26%~3.51%,3组样品的平均回收率为90.5%。结论该方法操作简便,准确度高。

    Enzymatic Measurement of βglucans in Polysaccharides of Grifola frondosa

    Abstract:ObjectiveAn enzymatic method for analysis of βglucan in polysaccharides of Grifola frondosa has been studied. MethodsAfter hydrolyzing by thermostable αamylose, papain and amyloglucosidase, the value of glucose were measured and the content of βglucan were computed .ResultsThe dosage of several enzymes were determined and the content of βglucan in the samples were in the range of 3.26%~3.51%. The average recovery was 90.5%. ConclusionThe enzymatic method is simple and with high accuracy. ......
