异位宁对子宫内膜异位症大鼠血清白介素2及白介素10作用的实验研究

     摘要：目的通过研究异位宁对子宫内膜异位症大鼠血清IL-2、IL-10的影响来阐述异位宁的作用机理。方法采用自体子宫组织块移植法建立子宫内膜异位症大鼠模型。应用ELISA的方法，检测大鼠异位子宫内膜IL2，IL10含量。结果异位宁高剂量组IL-2含量明显高于模型对照，有显著性差异(P<0.01)；IL-10含量明显低于模型对照组，有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论异位宁可以通过降低IL-10水平，而升高IL-2进而提高细胞免疫功能，从而达到治疗子宫内膜异位症的目的。

    The Effefct of Yiweining on the Contents of IL2 and IL10 in the Model Rat with Endometriosis

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo clarify the effect of YWN in treating endometriosis through measuring the contents of IL2 and IL10. Methods Operational selftransplantation was applied in establishing animal models. Detection of IL2 and IL10 was conducted with ELISA. Results There existed significant difference in the contents of IL2 and IL10 between YWN group and control group.Conclusion YWN can functions well in curing EM through reducing IL10 level and increasing IL2 level.
