摘要：目的观察一枝黄花煎剂对小鼠小肠推进运动和大鼠离体回肠平滑肌收缩功能的影响。方法采用在体方法观察一枝黄花煎剂对小鼠小肠推进运动功能的影响，采用离体方法观察一枝黄花煎剂对大鼠回肠平滑肌收缩活动的影响。结果一枝黄花煎剂能够显著提高小鼠小肠炭末推进率(P<0.01)，显著增强大鼠回肠平滑肌收缩活动性(P<0.01)。结论 一枝黄花煎剂具有明显增强肠蠕动作用。关键词：一枝黄花； 肠平滑肌； 运动功能
The Effects of Goldenrod Herb on the Movement of Smooth Muscle of Animal Intestines

Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the effects of a dose of Goldenrod Herb on propelling movement of mice small intestines and constricting function of the isolated ileum smooth muscle of the rat. Methods Observing the effects of a dose of Common Goldenrod Herb on propelling movement function of the mice small intestines with the method of in vivo and observing the effects of a dose Common Goldenrod Herb on constricting movement of the ileum smooth muscle of the rat with the method of in vitro. Results Both of the propellant rates (P<0.01) of charcoal powder in the small intestines of the mice were raised remarkably and the constriction (P<0.01) of the ileum smooth muscle of the rat was greatly strengthened by Goldenrod Herb. ConclusionGoldenrod Herb has remarkable function on promoting the movement of intestines. ......
