     【摘要】目的：探讨治疗经腹会阴直肠癌根治术后盆底腹膜疝的手术方式。方法：2006年3月我们使用Composix Kugel补片(自膨胀式双面复合补片)在完全腹腔镜下修补经腹会阴直肠癌根治术后盆底腹膜疝1例。结果：手术顺利，患者恢复良好，无并发症，术后8d出院，随访5个月未复发，未出现会阴坠胀感觉。结论：在完全腹腔镜下使用Composix Kugel补片治疗经腹会阴直肠癌根治术后盆底腹膜疝是一种安全有效的方法，结合应用钉枪缝固系统，更能简化手术操作，治疗效果良好。

    【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the method about laparoscopic herniorrhapphy of pelviperitoneal hernia(PPH)after Miles operation for rectal carcinoma.Methods:A PPH after Miles operation for rectal carcinoma was repaired by laparoscopy with BARD Composix Kugel patch(selfexpanded double surface compound patch)in March 2006.Results:Operation is successful and patient had a rapid recovery.No obvious complications were found after operation.It was the eighth day after operation to discharge and no recurrence was found during 5 months of fotlow up.Conclusions:A PPH after Miles operation for rectal carcinoma is repaired by laparoscopy with Composix Kugel patch and BARD Salute Laparoscopic Implant Cartridge.It is a technically simple,safe and effective method. ......
