     摘要：目的测定并比较药用菊花不同栽培类型中绿原酸的含量。方法用分析纯甲醇回流提取，高效液相色谱法测定，流动相为0.1 mol/L磷酸二氢钠缓冲液甲醇(70∶30)，流速1.0 ml/min；检测波长为328 nm。结果21个菊花样品的绿原酸含量，以干品计在0.15%~0.63%之间，其中安徽省歙县的晚贡菊含量最高(0.63%)，安徽省亳州市阴干的小亳菊含量最低(0.15%)。平均回收率(n=6)为100.4%，变异系数(RSD)为2.0%。结论药用菊花中绿原酸含量因栽培类型和加工方法不同而存在差异。安徽省歙县的贡菊含量最高；硫熏的小亳菊高于阴干的小亳菊。

    Comparison on Content of Chlorogenic Acid from Different Cultured Flos Types of Medicinal Chrysanthemum morifolium

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo measure and compare the chlorogenic acid contents from different cultured flos types of medicinal Chrysanthemum morifolium .MethodsThe chlorogenic acid was extracted by analytically pure methanol and measured by high performance liquid chromatograph. The conditions for HPLC were as follows: the mobile phase, sodium dihydrogenphosphate buffer-methanol (70∶30) with a flow rate of 1.0ml/min; the detection wavelength 328nm. ResultsChlorogenic acid contents in 21 dry samples of flos from chrysanthemum were between 0.15% and 0.63%.The highest one was the flos of late chrysanthemum from county She, province Anhui, but the lowest was the small shade-dried chrysanthemum from City Bozhou, Province Anhui. The average recovery percentage was 100.4%and the mutant index (RSD) was 2.0%. ConclusionThe chlorogenic acid contents in the flos of medicinal Chrysanthemum morifolium manifest remarkably different by way of the cultured type and processed method. The content is the highest in the type from county She, province Anhui; and the content is higher in the type by sulfur fumigation than that in shade-drying. ......
