从栀子中联合提取栀子黄栀子苷多糖和绿原酸的研究

     摘要:目的研究栀子中有效成分联合提取工艺。方法利用超滤、大孔吸附树脂、真空干燥等多种化工分离技术,从栀子中联合提取栀子黄、栀子苷、栀子多糖和绿原酸。结果栀子黄、栀子苷、栀子多糖和绿原酸的产率分别为8.0%,3.1%,4.6%,0.4%,栀子黄的色价>120、OD<0.2。结论从栀子中联合提取有效成分的工艺是可行的,该工艺适合于中小型化工企业工业化推广应用。

    Study on Combined Extraction of Gardenia Yellow, Geniposide, Polysaccharide and Chlorogenic Acid from Gardenia

    Abstract:ObjectiveCombined extraction process of effective ingredients from Gardenia are studied. Methods By various chemical engineering separation ways of ultrafiltration, macroporous adsorptive resin and vacuum filter, gardenia yellow, geniposide, polysaccharide and chlorogenic acid were combined extraction from Gardenia. ResultsThe yields of gradenia yellow, geniposide, polysaccharide and chlorogenic acid were 8.0%,3.1%,4.6%and 0.4%. respectively, and the color value of gardenia yellow pigment was more than 120, and the OD value was less than 0.2.Conclusion It is practicable to extract effective ingredients from Gardenia. This process is applicable to expansion application of industrialization in mediumsmall chemical engineering factories. ......
