摘要：从两个不同来源的厚朴Magnolia officinalis Rehd. et Wils.的茎中，分离获得内生真菌48株，经显微形态观察，鉴定为1纲、3目、6科、16属。不同来源的厚朴内生真菌的种群、数量及分布部位存在显著差异。关键词：厚朴； 内生真菌； 多样性
Study on Endophytic Fungi in Magnolia officinalis Rehd. et Wils.(Ⅰ):Isolation and Identification of Endophytic Fungi

Abstract：48 strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from the stem of Magnolia officinalis Rehd. et Wils. They were morphologically identified belonging to 16 genera, 6 families, 3 orders and 1 class. The result of the experiment has shown that quantity, species and distributing of the endophytes varied in Magnolia officinalis Rehd. et Wils. of different habitat.
