     摘要：目的探讨悦肝胶囊对四氯化碳(CCl4)损伤原代培养大鼠肝细胞的保护作用。方法以CCl4诱导大鼠肝细胞损伤模型，观察悦肝胶囊对肝细胞的琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、酸性磷酸酶(ACPase)、葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶(G6Pase)活性和糖原含量以及肝细胞形态结构的影响。结果悦肝胶囊能显著提高SDH、G6Pase活性及糖原含量，抑制ACPase活性，并可显著改善受损肝细胞的形态结构变化。结论悦肝胶囊对CCl4损伤原代培养大鼠肝细胞具有保护作用。

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of Yuegan Capsule on CCl4intoxicated primary cultured rat hepatocytes.MethodsHepatocytes injury models were induced by CCl4 in rats in vitro, and treated with Yuegan capsule.Structure of rat hepatocytes and effect of SDH、ACPase、G6Pase activeties and amount of hepatic glycogen were observed. ResultsThe Yuegan Capsule increased the activity of SDH, G6Pase and the amount of hepatic glycogen, and restrain the activity of ACPase, and could improve the changes of rat hepatocytes structure.ConclusionYuegan capsule has protective effects on CCl4induced injury of primary cultured rat hepatocytes. ......
