     摘要：目的用卡氏滴定法测定中药制剂水分含量。方法探索了卡氏滴定法测定中药制剂水分含量。用烘干法、甲苯法、卡氏滴定法测定了20批中药制剂的水分，并加以比较。结果用卡氏滴定法测定生化丸中水分，平均回收率为96.88%，RSD为 0.81%。结论卡氏滴定法可用于中药制剂的水分测定。

    Determination of Moisture in Shenghuawan by Karl Fischer's Method
