摘要：目的研究ZTC1+1Ⅱ天然澄清剂处理玉屏风口服液的最佳工艺。方法以多糖保留率、黄芪甲苷保留率、药液澄清度为考察指标，采用单因素考察法，优选最佳除杂工艺条件。结果优选出的最佳工艺条件是：提取液浓缩至1∶10，5%澄清剂用量，按先B组分后加A组分的次序以100 r·min-1的搅拌速度进行。结论ZTC1+1Ⅱ天然澄清剂的澄清工艺可作为玉屏风口服液的除杂工艺。关键词：ZTC1+1Ⅱ； 天然澄清剂； 玉屏风口服液

Abstract：ObjectiveTo study the optimum process of ZTC1+1Ⅱ natural clarify agents used on Yupingfeng Oral Liquid.MethodsUsing the remaining rates of polysaccharide ,astragaloside Ⅳ and the defecation level as the raw material,the optimum process of removing impurity was investigated with single-factor test. ResultsThe optimum process conditions were: merging the extract solution, condense to 1∶10(hurb:the hurb solution), in the liquid,the concertration of ZTC1+1Ⅱ natural clarify agents was 5%,the adding sequence of ZTC1+1Ⅱ natural clarify agents was clarifier B before clarifier A and the liquid was mixed at 100 r·min-1. ConclusionThe process of removing impurity with ZTC1+1Ⅱ natural clarify agents can be used as the removing impurity of Yupingfeng Oral Liquid. ......
