腹腔镜手术在输卵管性不孕症中的临床应用

【摘要】 目的：探讨腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管性不孕症的效果和优势。方法：回顾我院96例输卵管性不孕症患者术中输卵管状态并进行评分，分析评分高低与术后输卵管通畅性和妊娠率的关系。结果：96例患者中高评分组40例，中评分组36例，低评分组20例，术后输卵管通畅率分别为92.5%、87.5%和77.5%，一年内宫内妊娠40例，三组妊娠率分别为72.5%、30.6%和0，异位妊娠6例，三组异位妊娠率分别为2.5%、8.3%和10%。结论：腹腔镜手术能松解粘连、疏通输卵管、提高妊娠率。但对于输卵管病变重、评分低的患者，术后异位妊娠率增加，宜施行体外受精及胚胎移植(IVFET)。【关键词】 腹腔镜手术；不育，女性；输卵管疾病
The clinical utilization of laparoscopic surgery in tubal infertility

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the curative effect and advantages of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of tubal infertility.Methods:96 patients with tubal infertility were given a mark during operation. The relationship of marks with oviduct deoppilation rate and pregnancy rate was analyzed.Results:Oviduct deoppilation rate of 40 patients with hight mark,36 patients with middle mark and 20 patients with low mark after laparoscopic surgery was 92.5%,87.5% and 77.5% respectively.Pregnancy rate of three group was 72.5%,30.6% and 0.Ectopic pregnancy rate of three group was 2.5%,8.3% and 10%.Conclusions:Laparoscopic surgery can dissect adhesions,deoppilate oviduct,and improve pregnancy rate.Ectopic pregnancy rate of patients with low mark rises after laparoscopic surgery and they should be performed in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVFET). ......
