彩色多普勒超声对下肢淋巴结肿大淋巴管扩张的应用价值 (pdf)[摘要] 目的 探讨应用彩色多普勒超声对下肢淋巴结肿大、淋巴管扩张诊断的可行性、特征性与实用性。 方法 回顾分析38例下肢淋巴结肿大、淋巴管扩张的声像图及彩色多普勒血流的特点，14例穿刺病理学检查，并与对照组25例进行比较。结果 彩色超声检查可以清晰显示下肢淋巴结肿大的位置、数量、大小、形态、结构等声像图的特征及血流信号和脉冲频谱参数，直观显示淋巴管扩张的程度。结论 应用彩色多普勒超声对下肢淋巴结肿大、淋巴管扩张所致临床下肢肿胀是一种有效的诊断方法。

Clinical application of color Doppler ultrasonographic imaging to lymphadenoma and lymphatic vessel extension of lower extremities

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the feasibility,usability and characteristic images of the lymphadenoma and lymphatic vessel extension of the lower extremities by the color Doppler ultrasonographic imaging. Methods Retrospectively analyze ultrasonographic images and color Doppler vascular flow images in 38 patients with lymphadenoma and lymphatic vessel extension of the lower extremities,comparing with 25 controls and 14 cases of pathological autopsy results.Results The color Doppler ultrasonographic image is able to uncover the number,location,outline,dimension and structure of the enlarged lymph nodes of the lower extremities with accuracy by analyzing their characteristic image features,vascular flow information and specific pulse Doppler spectrum.The color Doppler ultrasonographic image is able to visually measure the extension of the lymphatic vessels. Conclusion The color Doppler ultrasonographic image can successfully diagnose the clinical lymphedema of lower extremities by detecting its lymphadenoma and lymphatic vessel extension. ......
