     摘要：目的测定刺五加浸膏中异秦皮啶的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法，C18色谱柱为固定相，乙腈水(60∶40)为流动相，检测波长为345 nm。结果异秦皮啶的含量在0.44~2.2 μg范围内，峰面积与其浓度呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 7)。平均回收率为102.95%，RSD为2.4%(n=6)。结论该法简单准确，重现性好。

    Determination of Isofraxidin in Ciwujia Jingao by HPLC

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo determine the content of isofrasidin in Ciwujia Jingao.MethodsHPLC was used.The stationary phase was Spherixorb C18column.The moble phase was acetonitrilewater(60∶40).The UV detection wavelength was 345 nm.ResultsThere was a good linear relationship within the concentration rang of 0.44~2.2 μg of isofraxidin Ciwujia Jingao(r=0.999 7).The average recovery was 102.95%(n=6),RSD=2.4%.ConclusionThe method is simple,accurate and easy to operate.
