     摘要：目的研究三香含漱液的镇痛、抗炎作用。方法通过磷酸组织胺致小鼠腹部毛细血管通透性增高、角叉菜胶致大鼠足趾肿胀及巴豆油致大鼠肉芽肿增生三种动物模型进行抗炎药效实验；采用醋酸致小鼠扭体反应及小鼠热板法，进行镇痛实验。结果三香含漱液能非常显著抑制上述动物模型炎症反应和醋酸致小鼠扭体反应，并对热板法致小鼠痛阈有非常显著提高。结论三香含漱液对急、慢性炎症均有十分显著的抑制作用，而且有很显著的镇痛作用。

    Studies on Antiinflammatory and Analgesic Effects of Sanxiang Hanshu Ye

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo study anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Sanxiang Hanshu Ye.MethodsThe pharmacodynamic effects were observed in five experimental models with inflammation and pain ,including: increased vascular permeability induced by histamine phosphate in mice , paw edema induced by carrageenin in rats , granuloma caused by implanted croton oil in rats , writhe reaction induced by acetic acid in mice , the pain threshold caused by hot plate in mice . ResultsSanxiang Hanshu Ye could singnificantly inhibit the inflammatory edema induced by various inflammatory agents and reduce the time of writhe induced by acetic acid in mice.It could improve the mouse’s pain threshold , too. ConclusionSanxiang Hanshu Ye can singnificantly inhibit acute and chronic inflammation .It can release the pain too. ......
