摘要：目的探讨前列康颗粒的最佳提取工艺。 方法采用正交实验法，以该品中主要成分总皂苷成分为工艺考察指标，选出最佳提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为第1次煎煮2 h，第2，3次各1 h，加8倍量水。结论 该制备工艺生产的质量稳定性好，工艺条件合理可行。关键词：前列康颗粒 ； 总皂苷 ； 正交实验
Study on the Extraction Technology for Qianliekang Granule

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore an optimal extraction technology for Qianliekang Granule.MethodsAn orthogonal test method based on the content of total saponius was based to determine an optimal technology. ResultsThe optimal extraction technology is to extract for two hours the first time and for one hour the second and third time with eight times as much as water.ConclusionThe quality produced by the process condition is stable and the technology is reasonable.
