     摘要：目的研究不同来源地的益母草种源种质的差异性。方法对收集的来自不同地区的益母草种源在浙江义乌郊区种植，观察其在出苗、抽苔、开花、植株高度、耐寒性及其总生物碱含量方面的差异情况。结果来自浙江、江西、四川和湖南的四个种源的益母草生物学特性相似，总生物碱含量以浙江和四川的两个种源较高。结论不同地区益母草，在耐寒性和总生物碱含量方面差异较明显。

    The Comparative Cultivating Experiment in Leonurus japonicus Houtt. Quality Species from Different Regions

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo study the differences of quality species of Leonurus japonicus Houtt.acquired from six regions.MethodsTo cultivate the six species of Leonurus japonicus Houtt.in Yiwu county of Zhejiang province ,the sprouding of its seeds ,bolting ,flowering ,plant height and chilling tolerence were observed,and the content of total alkaloid was determined.ResultsThe four species from Zhejiang＼Jianxi＼Sichuan and Hunan were similar in biological characteristics,the two species from Zhejiang and Sichuan had high total alkaloid .Conclusion The difference of chilling and contents of total alkaloid are very obvious in different species of Leonurus japonicus Houtt. ......
