复方丹参片对糖尿病大鼠坐骨神经和红细胞山梨醇浓度的影响

     摘要:目的观察复方丹参片对糖尿病大鼠周围神经病变的防治作用,并分析其作用机制。方法采用链脲佐菌素诱发DM大鼠模型。造膜1周后开始用不同剂量的复方丹参片进行治疗。用药4周后观察各组大鼠血糖(FBG)、糖化血清蛋白(GSP)、体重(W)、坐骨神经山梨醇、红细胞山梨醇(RBCS)含量的变化,同时测定大鼠坐骨神经传导速度。结果复方丹参片能降低糖尿病大鼠糖化血清蛋白、坐骨神经和红细胞山梨醇的含量,增加坐骨神经传导速度。结论复方丹参片对糖尿病大鼠周围神经病变有防治作用。

    Effects of Tablet Compound Redrooted Salvia on the Function of Sciatic Nerve and the Concentration of Sorbitol in Erythrocyte on Diabetic Rats

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the preventive and therapeutic effects of tablet Compound red rooted Salvia on early pathological changes of peripheral neuropathy in rats and to study its action mechanism. MethodsDiabetes mellitus models in rats were induced by Streptozotocin. Tablet Compound Salvia in different dosages were administered to treat the diabetic rats one weeks after being modeled. Four week later, the changes in content of FBG, GSP, and weight, content of sorbitol were observed in sciatic nerves and inside erythrocytes as well as the conduction velocity of sciatic nerve in diabetic rats. ResultsTablet Compound Salvia has the effect of reducing the content of glycoprotein in serum and content of sorbitol in sciatic nerve and in erythrocyte and increasing the conduction velocity of sciatic nerve. ConclusionTablet Compound Salvia has preventive and therapeutic effects on early pathological changes of peripheral nerve in diabetic rats. ......
