【摘要】 目的 观察萎胃宁颗粒对慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。 方法 将观察对象分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组使用萎胃宁颗粒，对照组使用阿莫西林、甲硝唑、丽珠得乐、叶酸。 结果 两组有效率比较，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组，二者有显著性差异(P<0.05)。1年后随访，复发率比较，两组有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗前后胃腺体萎缩程度、IM病理分级、ATP比较，治疗组均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组HP根除率比较，治疗组明显高于对照组，差异有显著性(P<0.05)。 结论 萎胃宁颗粒对慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效肯定。

    Clinical Observation of Weiweining Granule in Treating180Cases with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

    ABSTRACT Objective To observe the clinical effect of Weiweining granule in treating chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods The pa-tients were divided into2group:treatment group and control group.Weiweining granule was given to the treatment group while Amox-cillin，Bismuth，Potassium Citrate and folic acid were given to control group.Results The curative effect of treatment group was signifi-cantly superior to that of control group with obvious difference(P<0.05).The follow-up after1year showed great difference in recur-rence rate between the2groups(P<0.01).The atrophy degree of gastric glands ......
