腹腔镜阑尾切除在体胖患者手术中应用特点分析

【摘要】 目的：探讨腹腔镜阑尾切除在体胖患者手术中应用方法。方法：分析我科20例体胖患者腹腔镜下阑尾切除术中操作特点。结果：手术过程顺利，平均手术时间30分 术后平均下床活动时间6小时。平均出院时间3天。伤口无一例感染。结论：腹腔镜阑尾切除对体胖患者有明显优势，创伤小，易于手术操作，效果突出。【关键词】 腹腔镜；体胖；阑尾切除

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the useful methods to treat obesity patients in laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods:To analysis manipulate characteristic of laparoscopic appendectomy for 20 patients.Results：All the operations were succeed. The operative time ranged from 20 min to 45 min ( averaged 30 min ). About 6 hours after operation the patients could activity by themselves Averaged 3 days after surgery they were discharged from hospital. No one suffer from wound infection.Conclusions：The laparoscopic appendectomy were suitable for fatness patients,which surgery manipulation was safe and simple. ......
