超声波提取榕树叶(小叶)总黄酮及鉴别

     摘要:目的为充分利用榕树叶植物资源,避免资源浪费,探讨榕树叶中总黄酮的提取及鉴别方法。方法采用超声波乙醇浸提法从榕叶中提取黄酮类物质,对所提取的黄酮类物质进行验证,并用分光光度法测定含量。结果测得样品中总黄酮的含量C=2.660 mg/ml,回收率为100.2%,其纯度和产率均较高。结论 该方法采用全物理过程,无任何污染,是提取榕树叶黄酮类物质的有效途径。

    The Total Flavanone of Banyan Leaves(Flocculus) Extraction and the Identification by Ultrasonic Wave

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo make use of the resources of banyan leaves ,avoid wasting and approach the extraction of total flavanone of banyan leaves. MethodsThe flavonoids were extracted by ethanol as the solvent from banyan leaves with ultrasonic wave and ethanol extraction .Using spectrophotometry to extract and check the flavanone of banyan leaves. ResultsThe content of the total flavanone of banyan leaves was C=2.660 mg/ml and the rate of recovery was 100.2%. ConclusionThis method is a purely physical process and has not any pollution. It is an ideal way to extract the flavanone of banyan leaves. ......
