新疆紫草提取物对小鼠急性四氯化碳性肝损伤的保护作用

摘要:目的研究新疆紫草提取物AEJI、AEJⅡ对小鼠急性四氯化碳(CCl4)性肝损伤的保护作用。方法腹腔注射0.1% CCl4橄榄油溶液制备小鼠急性化学性肝损伤模型,以肝脏系数、脾脏系数,血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST),肝组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPx)、丙二醛(MDA)的水平和肝脏病理组织学变化为观测指标,观察AEJI、AEJⅡ对小鼠急性CCl4性肝损伤的影响。结果AEJI、AEJⅡ各剂量组均可显著降低小鼠血清ALT,AST活性(P<0.01); AEJI高剂量组能使肝组织中SOD、GSHPx活性升高、MDA含量下降(P<0.05);AEJ-I低剂量组可以升高肝组织GSHPx活性(P<0.05),而对肝组织其它指标均无明显影响(P>0.05);AEJⅡ高剂量组能降低MDA含量(P<0.05),而对肝组织其它指标AEJⅡ各剂量组影响均不明显(P>0.05);AEJI、AEJⅡ均可不同程度地改善肝脏病理组织性损伤。结论 AEJI、AEJⅡ对小鼠急性CCl4性肝损伤具有保护作用。关键词:新疆紫草; 急性肝损伤
