胰腺囊腺癌B超及CT影像 (pdf)[摘要] 目的 探讨胰腺囊腺癌影像学特点及临床应用价值。 方法 分析10例手术和病理证实的胰腺囊腺癌的影像学表现，其中腹部X线平片检查3例，上消化道钡餐检查4例，B超检查8例，CT检查8例。 结果 腹部X线平片与上消化道钡餐检查可见胃体受压移位。B超可以显示肿瘤大小、位置轮廓及了解肿瘤囊壁厚度、分离情况。CT增强后肿瘤内囊液不强化，囊壁及实性结节明显强化。
结论 胰腺囊腺癌是一种低度恶性肿瘤，临床非常少见。熟悉胰腺囊腺癌的影像直接、间接征象及临床特点，有利于其诊断及鉴别诊断。

Imaging finding of pancreatic cystadenocarcinoma

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the imaging features of pancreatic cystadenocrcinoma and their signifacane in the clinical diagnosis of this disease. Methods Eight patients with clinically high suspected pancreatic cystadenocrcinoma underwent ultrasonogaphy and computed tomography(CT)examinations of the abdomen, of them, 1 case was confirmed by postoperatire pathology, 3 cases underwent plain film of the abdomen, and 4 cases underwent upper gastrointestinal barium meal examinations. Results Plain films of the abdomen and upper gastrointestinal barium meal examinations revealed the slow pressure and the shift of stomach body.Ultrasonography displayed the size, site and outline of the cystadenocarcinoma and the divaricated state of the cyst wall. Following CT enhancement scans, the cystadenocarcinoma lesions did not enhanced, whereas the solid nodules and divaricated cystic walls were evidently enhanced. Conclusion To understand the direct and mediate imaging signs of pancreatic cystadenocarcinoma and its clinical characteristics are very helpful to diagnose this disease. ......
