    [摘要] 目的评价超声心动图对高血压左室肥厚的诊断价值。方法对335例高血压患者进行心电图(ECG)和超声心动图(UCG)检查。结果 UCG左室肥厚(LVH)检出率为62%，ECG LVH检出率为22%。结论 UCG检测LVH简便迅速，比ECG敏感和特异。在早期诊断LVH并随访监测治疗后变化等防治工作中具有重要意义。

    Value of ultrasonic cardiogram in diagnosis of hypertensive left ventricle hypertrophy

    [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the value of diagnosis of left ventricle hypertrophy(LVH) by ultrasonic cardiogram (UCG). Methods 335 cases of hypertensive left ventricle hypertrophy were examined by electrocardiogram (ECG) and UCG. Results The results showed that checkup ratio for LVH was 62% by UCG,and 22% by ECG.UCG is more convenient,sensitive and rapid in diagnosis of LVH. Conclusion Diagnosis of left ventricle hypertrophy by UCG is hold a candle to ones by ECG.
