正交设计优选板蓝根蒲公英颗粒制备工艺

     摘要:目的为提高板蓝根蒲公英颗粒的成品率及提高工作效率,需要筛选制备工艺。方法采用新型喷雾干燥制粒机制粒,以浸膏的提取工艺、进液速度、进出口的风温及辅料的配比为考察因素,每个因素2个水平,以颗粒的成品率为考察指标,采用正交设计法优选出最佳喷雾干燥制备工艺。结果四因素中以辅料的配比及进出口风的温度影响最为明显,其次为进液速度,浸膏的提取工艺影响不大。结论 板蓝根蒲公英颗粒最佳的喷雾干燥工艺条件为蔗糖与糊精的配比为4∶1;进风口的温度为80~90 ℃;出风口的温度为40~50 ℃;进液速度为4;提取液以经过醇沉为佳。

    Orthogonal Experiments to Select Spray-Drier Technological Preparation for Banlangenpugongying Granules

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo raise the end-product and efficiency of Banlangenpugongying Granules, preparation technologies should be screened. MethodsAdopting newly spraying-drier-granulation technology, taking extracting technology, fluid entering speed, temperature of exit and entry, and the matching of accessories as inspecting factors, two levels of each factors, end-product as inspecting marker, we selected the best Banlangenpugongying Granules preparation technology by orthogonal design.ResultsAmong the 4 factors, the matching of accessories and the temperature of exit and entry are the most notable, next is the fluid entering speed, extracting technology is of little importance. ConclusionThe optimum spraying-drier-granulation technology of Banlangenpugongying Granules is A1B1C2D1. ......
