摘要： 脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,SCI)是医学界面临的难题和研究热点之一。脊髓损伤动物模型的制备对脊髓损伤相关基础研究具有重要意义。笔者现就目前国内外常用的脊髓损伤动物模型的制备及神经功能评价的方法综述如下。关键词：脊髓损伤；动物模型；功能评价
Establishment of spinal cord injury models and evaluation of nervous function after spinal cord injury

Abstract: Spinal cord injury(SCI) is one of the most difficult problems as well as the hot topics in medical researches at the present.The establishment of animal models of spinal cord injury is of great importance to fundamental researches in this fields.The author now gave a general review on the latest experimental processes of establishment of animal models of spinal cord injury and the methods of evaluatiion of nervous function after spinal cord injury both at home and abroad.

目前，神经生物学家都在致力于寻找与人类脊髓损伤状态相似的动物模型。由于动物的神经系统与人类的差异造成了模型与人类损伤的差异，因而选用合适的模型制备方法与神经功能评价方法显得尤为重要。本文回顾较为常用的动物模型制备方法及神经功能的评价方法。
