微波消解冷原子荧光分析法测定泽泻和南板蓝根的痕量汞

     摘要: 目的 建立泽泻、南板蓝根中痕量汞的测定方法。对样品的前处理方法和仪器工作条件进行探讨和优化。方法 采用硝酸氢氟酸过氧化氢体系微波消解冷原子荧光法测定闽产中药建泽泻、南板蓝根中痕量汞。结果 平均回收率95.6%~104.8%,精密度<3.5%。仪器工作参数:测定波长253.7 nm,负高压410 V,载气流量1.5 L/min,屏蔽气流量0.1 L/min,进样量0.5 L/min,样品还原时间40 s。结论 建立的微波消解冷原子荧光法方便、快捷、准确,可用于南板蓝根、泽泻中痕量汞测定。

    Determination of Trace Mercury in Alisma orientalis(Sam) Juzepcz and Baphicacanthus Chsia(Nees) Bremek by Microwave Digestion and Cold Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry

    ABSTRACT: Objective To study the trace mercury in Alisma orientalis(Sam) Juzepcz and Baphicacanthus Chsia(Nees) Bremek produced in Fujian province. Methods The cold atomic fluorescence spectrometry with HNO3HFH2O2 microwave digestion was used.The pretreatment sample and the experimental conditions comprised selectcon of digestion reagent, microwave digestion, machine work conditions:determination wavelength 253.7 nm, negative high pressure 410 V, carrier gas flow rate 1.5 L/min, sample volume 0.5 L/min, sample reduction time 40 s. Results The recovery ratio was 95.6%~104.8%, standard deviation rate(RSD) was smaller than 3.5%. Conclusion This method is proved to be efficient. ......
