超临界二氧化碳萃取紫花前胡苷的工艺优化研究

     摘要:目的以荧光分析法测定紫花前胡苷(NDK)含量为指标,比较紫花前胡中紫花前胡苷的溶剂热回流提取和超临界CO2萃取方法,优化最佳提取工艺。方法通过正交实验,采用超临界CO2提取技术对紫花前胡提取工艺条件进行考察,并与溶剂热回流提取结果比较,分析测定紫花前胡苷的含量。结果通过与传统提取方法进行比较,证明超临界CO2提取技术在紫花前胡苷的提取上具有明显优势。超临界CO2提取紫花前胡苷的最佳工艺为萃取压力20MPa,萃取温度50℃,CO2动态流量35L·h1。结论 不同工艺条件提取紫花前胡苷产率不同,萃取温度、萃取压力、CO2动态流量等工艺参数对实验指标有显著性影响。

    A Study on Optimize the Techn ology of NDK from Purpleflower Angelica by Supercritical CO2 Extraction

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo measure the content of NDK with the fluorescence analytical method, and to compare the method of solvent thermal refluxing with the method of SFE CO2, that optimize the best technologies of extracting NDK. MethodsThe content of NDK extracted by SFE CO2 by orthogonal test was analyzed.ResultsComparing SFE with the method of solvent thermal refluxing, it proves that SFE has an obvious advantage in extraction NDK. The optimized condition of extraction is that extraction press is 20MPa, extraction temperature is 50℃, and CO2 dynamic flux is 35 L·h1. ConclusionDifferent extraction methods have different yields of NDK. Extraction temperature,press,CO2 dynamic flux and other technological parameters can obviously affect the experiment target. ......
