榕树叶中总黄酮的提取及鉴别

     摘要:目的探讨榕树叶总黄酮的提取及鉴别方法,以充分利用榕树叶植物资源。方法 采用纯物理的工艺流程过程和分光光度法从榕树叶中提取黄酮类物质,对所提取的黄酮类物质进行验证。结果测得样品中总黄酮的含量C=8.36%。回收率为97.9%,其纯度和产率均较高。结论 该方法采用全物理过程,无任何化学变化及污染,是提取榕树叶黄酮类物质的有效途径。

    The Total Flavanone of Ficus microcarpa L. Leaf Withdraws and Distinction

    Abstract:ObjectiveIn order to make use of the resources of Ficus microearpa L. leaf, avoiding waste. MethodsUse purely physical process flow and spectrophotometry to introduce the method of which withdrawed the flavanone from Ficus microearpa L. leaf , and check the flavanone which withdrawed from Ficus microearpa L. leaf. ResultsThe contents of the total flavanone of onion was C=8.36% and rate of the recovery was 97.9%. ConclusionUsing this text which provide the withdrawal and purifying methods the outcome and purity of the flavanone are all very high.This method is purely physical process, and has no chemical change and pollution. It is ideal to withdraw the flavanone of Ficus microearpa L. leaf. ......
