腕舟骨可疑骨折的影像学诊断方法选择 (pdf)[摘要] 目的 提高腕舟状骨腰部、近段骨折的影像诊断水平，减少漏诊率，防止腕舟状骨腰部、近段骨折的严重合并症的发生。 方法 对比腕舟状骨骨折普通X线检查、骨核素扫描、CT、MRI等影像学评价。 结果 普通X线检查虽然是评价腕舟状骨骨折的首选方法，但对腕舟状骨腰部、近段的隐匿性骨折容易漏诊，而骨核素扫描、CT、MRI等检查可确诊腕舟状骨隐匿性骨折，但是也要受当地现有的设备、检查费用、医生的个人偏爱等条件而限制。结论 高度怀疑腕舟状骨腰部、近段骨折者，应十分慎重选择检查方法，尽量保证其确诊率，以减少合并症的发生。

Comparison of medical imaging examination method of fracture of suspicious carpal scaphoid bone

[Abstract] Objective To upgrade the level of medical imaging diagnosis in waist and close segment fracture of carpal scaphoid bone,to reduce rate of missed diagnosis,and to prevent serious complication of carpal scaphoid bone in waist and close segment fracture. Methods To contrast the valuation of medical imaging on common Xray examination of carpal scaphoid bone fracture,and the scan of born nuclide,and the examination of CT and MRI,and so on. Results Although common Xray examination is the first selected method to judge fracture of carpal scaphoid bone,easily missed diagnosis to latent fracture of carpal scaphoid bone waist and close segment. But,bone nuclide scanning and CT and MRI examination can definitely diagnose the latent fracture of carpal scaphoid bone,while they have to be limited by the situation like local existing equipments,examination fee,and doctors' individual preference,and so forth. Conclusion People who are suspected highly about latent fracture of carpal scaphoid bone,should cautiously choose the examination and try the best to make sure the proportion of definite diagnosis to reduce the complication. ......
