摘要：目的：探讨西北燥证罹患者的心理健康水平及心理素质相关因子分布特征，以及西北燥证与心理素质的关系。方法：以中医整体观念和辨证论治理论为指导，采用现代流行病学的研究方法，以问卷调查为主要形式，结合运用中医望、闻、问、切四诊合参法对新疆和田、吐鲁番地区居民心理健康状况、心理素质相关因子等进行调查，并与常模进行比较分析。结果：(1)西北燥证罹患者中70.3%的人心理健康水平良好；29.7%的人心理存在障碍。(2) 西北燥证罹患者心理素质相关因子与未罹患者及常模比较差异有统计学意义。(3)西北燥证罹患者中不同性别之间心理素质相关因子差异有统计学意义。(4)西北燥证症状得分与心理素质相关因子得分有相关性，差异有统计学意义。结论：(1)西北燥证罹患者心理健康等级水平显著低于正常人群,其心理异常者的比例明显高于正常人群。(2)西北燥证罹患者的心理素质明显低于正常人群。(3)西北燥证罹患者的心理素质存在明显性别差异。(4)西北燥证罹患者的燥证症状得分与相关心理因子有关联，西北燥证罹患者易伴有情志病变。关键词：西北燥证； 心理素质； 心身医学； 流行病学调查中
Studies on the relationship between mental character and Northwest Dryness Syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine

Abstract：Objective: This study is to find out mental and healthy level and related factor of mental characters, To inquiry about the relationship between Northwest Dryness Syndrome (NDS) and mental character. Methods：The subject was based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and applied the questionnaire with the epidemic crosssection survey. Result: (1) It showed that 70.3% of subjects with NDS had good mental character, and 29.7% person has the some and mental factor abnormality. (2) The mental character related factars among subjects with NDS, without NDS and controe group had significant statistical differences. (3) The mental character related factors in different gender of subjects with NDS had signifcant difference. (4) There are correlation bewteen Northwest Dryness Syndrome symptom score and mental characters. Conclusion: (1) Northwest Dryness Syndrome in the mental and healthy level existence the abnormality. (2) The mental character NDS is lower than healthy group. (3) In Northwest Dryness Syndrome of different sex contains difference. (4) Northwest Dryness Syndrome symptom score and mental characters have relation. ......
