    摘要 目的 对一起36例爆发性副伤寒甲的临床特征及药物敏感情况进行分析,探讨合理使用抗生素治疗副伤寒甲对策。方法 采用头孢噻肟钠2.0g加5%葡萄糖液100ml静滴，2次/d，左氧氟沙星0.2g静滴，1次/d，体温正常3d后改为口服药物维持，总疗程2周，观察二类药物对副伤寒甲的疗效。结果 用药后体温1~3d开始下降(平均1.94d)，2~5d恢复正常(平均3.1d)，所有患者全部治愈，随访2个月无一例复发。结论 第三代头孢菌素和氟喹诺酮类抗生素作为治疗伤寒、副伤寒的药物联合应用，效果满意。应按药敏选择具体用药。

    EFFECTS OF CEFOTAXIME SODIUM COMBINED LEVOFLOXACIN ON PARATYPHOID A

    Abstract Objective To investigate the reasonable usage of antibiotics in paratyphoid A by analyzing the clinical feature and drug affection of 36 cases with outbreaking paratyphoid A. Methods Cefotaxime sodium 2.0g bid combined Levofloxacin 0.2g sid were injected intravenously. 3 days after the body temperature become normal, oral drugs were given until the course of treatment last 2 weeks. The effects of the two kinds of drug were observed. Results The body temperature began to drop 1 to 3 days after the treatment and became normal 2 to 5 days after the treatment. All the patients were cured. None recurred during the 2 months of following up. Conclusion The effect of combining use of the third generation of cephalosporin and Quinolone to treat paratyphoid A was satisfactory. The treatment program should be designed according to the drug affection test. ......
