     摘要：目的制备姜桂pH依赖型梯度释药胶囊并进行释放度考察。方法分别以 HPMC，EudragitL10055和Eudragit L100为包衣材料制备pH依赖型梯度释药微丸后制成胶囊，并进行体外释放度研究。结果所制备的3批胶囊的pH分别在1.0，5.5和6.8梯度释药，指标成分桂皮醛和二苯基庚烷A释放度的f 2值分别为72.1，69.3和73.9。结论缓释胶囊中桂皮醛和二苯基庚烷A能同步释放，具有pH依赖型释药的特征。

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo prepare JiangGui pH dependent gradientrelease capsules and investigate the drug release. MethodsThe pH dependent gradient-release capsules were prepared by three pellets which coated with HPMC, Eudragit L10055 and Eudragit L100. The release profile of the pH dependent gradientrelease system was determined in vitro. ResultsThe result showed that the release of cinnamldehyde and diarylheptanoid A from capsules complied with the simulated gastrointestinal pH conditions.The f 2 value of release profile of cinnamldehyde and diarylheptanoid A were similar.ConclusionThe cinnamldehyde and diarylheptanoid A from pH dependent gradientrelease capsules can release simultaneously, and the capsules haue the characteristics of pH dependent gradientrelease in gastrointestinal tract. ......
