广藿香配方颗粒及其药材质量关系研究

     摘要：目的研究广藿香配方颗粒和药材之间的质量关系。方法应用气质联用法分析挥发油，应用薄层色谱法分析水溶性成分。结果广藿香药材挥发油共分离并鉴定出19个成分峰，配方颗粒挥发油共分离并鉴定出10个成分峰，两者具有良好的相似性；广藿香配方颗粒与原药材显示一致的薄层色谱行为，提示水溶性成分得到有效保留。结论广藿香配方颗粒与原药材之间所含成分一致，为广藿香配方颗粒质量标准制定提供基础。

    Studies on the Quality Relationship of Herba Pogostemonis and Its Prescription Granules

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo compare the quality relationship of Herba Pogostemonis and its prescription granules.MethodsGCMS and Thinlayer Chromatography (TLC) were adopted.Results19 components were separated and determined in volatile oil of Herba Pogostemonis.10 components were separated and determined in volatile oil of Herba pogostemonis prescription granules. TLC and GC-MS study showed there was a similarity between Herba Pogostemonis and its prescription granules.ConclusionHerba Pogostmonis and its prescription granules have the similar components.The result can be based to control the quality of the Herba Pogostemonis prescription granules. ......
