摘要: 目的：探讨血清CA125检测对恶性肿瘤的临床诊断价值。方法：选择经病理确诊的717例恶性肿瘤患者(恶性肿瘤组)和健康体检者50例(正常对照组)。采用电化学方法检测恶性肿瘤患者治疗前的血清CA125水平。结果： CA125在肝癌(47例)、卵巢癌(97例)、肺癌(92例)、非霍奇金淋巴瘤(27例)、胃癌(42例)、鼻咽癌(13例)、宫颈癌(180例)、乳腺癌(67例)、甲状腺癌(32例)、食管癌(120例)CA125阳性检出率分别为59.57%、36.08%、31.52%、29.63%、23.80%、23.07%、21.11%、13.43%、12.5%、10.83%。肝癌、卵巢癌、肺癌CA125阳性检出率和均数与正常对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论：术前血清CA125测定对肝癌、卵巢癌、肺癌的临床诊断具有参考价值。术前CA125水平异常的肿瘤患者，术后定期复查CA125水平有助于病情监测。关键词: CA125; 恶性肿瘤; 电化学发光
Study for the clinical value of serum cancer antigen 125 in the diagnosis of malignant tumor

Abstract: Objective: To explore the clinical value of serum CA125 for diagnosis in ten kinds of malignant tumors. Methods: Technique of electrochemiluminescence was used to measure the serum CA125 of untreated 717 patients with malignant tumors and 50 normal controls. Results: Positive expression rates of CA125 in 47 liver cancer, 97 ovarian cancer, 92 lung cancer, 27 malignant lymphoma, 42 stomach cancer, 13 nasopharyngeai cancer, 180 cervical cancer, 67 breast cancer, 32 thyroid cancer, 120 esophagus cancer were 57.57%, 36.08%, 31.52%, 29.63%, 23.80%, 23.07%, 21.11%, 13.43%, 12.50%, 10.83% respectively. There were significantly differences (P<0.05) in comparing liver cancer group, ovarian cancer group, stomach cancer group with nomal control group. Conclusion: Preoperative serum CA125 level may have the referential value of clinical diagnosis in liver cancer, ovarian cancer and stomach cancer. Serum CA125 level of preoperation might be helpful for monitoring illness stage, especially for the patients who had abnomaL CA125 level before operation. ......
