决明子脂肪酸成分分析

     摘要：目的对决明子进行脂肪酸成分分析。方法对样品进行提取、皂化、甲酯化处理，再应用气相色谱质谱(GCMS)进行分析。结果共检测出14种脂肪酸，其中不饱和脂肪酸占71.13%。结论该结果有助于对决明子的深入研究，促进资源的充分利用。

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo analyze fatty acids composition in Semen Cassiae. MethodsThe oil extracted from Semen Cassiae was saponifacted and modified to methyle esters first, then it was determined by GCMS. ResultsFourteen fatty acids were characterized and determined, the content of unsaturated fatty acids was 71.13%. ConclusionThe relsult would provides a reference for study and comprehensive utilization of Semen Cassiae in future .
