     [摘要] 采用微波消解进行样品前处理,以硫脲+抗坏血酸为预还原剂,用氢化物发生原子荧光法测定食品中的总砷。通过正交设计，优化了样品消解和测定的条件，线性范围为2.0 ng/ml～20.0 ng/ml，回归方程的相关系数为0.999 5，方法的检出限为1.98 ng/ml，RSD为2.7%，回收率在94.4%~102.8%之间。
