微波消解原子荧光法测定食品中的总砷

     [摘要] 采用微波消解进行样品前处理,以硫脲+抗坏血酸为预还原剂,用氢化物发生原子荧光法测定食品中的总砷。通过正交设计,优化了样品消解和测定的条件,线性范围为2.0 ng/ml~20.0 ng/ml,回归方程的相关系数为0.999 5,方法的检出限为1.98 ng/ml,RSD为2.7%,回收率在94.4%~102.8%之间。
