     [摘要] 目的：不同血液病患者可溶性白细胞介素Ⅱ受体(SIL2R)的表达,作为诊治的一项评价指标。方法：采用ELISA双抗体夹心法检测166例不同血液病患者和35例正常人血清中SIL2R水平。结果：恶性血液病组、MDS组均较正常对照组增高，差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)；白血病组血清中SIL2R水平初发增高，缓解时接近正常，复发时上升；ITP组、AA组都有不同程度增高,但与正常对照组相比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：SIL2R水平测定可评估患者体内恶性克隆细胞负荷，也可作为某些血液病诊断、鉴别诊断及预后判断的指标之一。

    Obsevation of Solution Interleukin2 Receptor in Serum from Patients with Hematologic Disorders

    Abstract:Objective Evaluation index of diagnosis and treatment with solution interleukin2 receptor(SIL2R) for ditforent Kinds of hematologic disorders.Methods SIL2R in serum from 166 cases of hematologic disorders and 35 cases of healthy control were examined with ELISA doubleantibody sandwich assay.Results Numbers of SIL2R were higher in patients with aplastic anemia(AA) and idopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP) than normal control group,but these didn't have difference in statistics.The group of myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) were higher than normal control group and it had difference in statistics.Numbers in leukemia group were higher when diagnosis,can reach normal when remession and increased again when recurrence.Conclusion The level of SIL2R in serum can evaluate the load of malignant clones in leukemia. ......
