[摘要] 目的:探讨骨肉瘤组织中骨桥蛋白(OPN)、环氧化酶-2(COX-2)和血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)表达的临床意义。方法:应用免疫组化方法检测38例骨肉瘤组织中OPN、COX-2和VEGF蛋白表达情况。结果:OPN、COX-2和VEGF蛋白总阳性率分别为60.53%，63.16%, 68.42%, 在不同恶性级别的骨肉瘤中均具有差异性(P<0.05)，而且与肿瘤的恶性程度相关；COX-2，OPN与VEGF表达正相关。结论:OPN，COX-2和VEGF在肿瘤的进展过程中起促进作用,OPN和COX-2是VEGF表达调控因子。OPN可能是肿瘤形成过程中的早期分子事件,可作为监测肿瘤恶性进展的一个生物学标志。

    Abstract:Objective To observe the expression of OPN,COX-2 and VEGF in osteosarcoma.Methods The expression of Osteopontin,COX-2 and VEGF in 38 cases with osteosarcoma was examined with immunohistochemistry.Results The total positive rate of OPN,COX-2 and VEGF was 60.53%,63.16%, 68.42%,respectively.There was significant difference among different malignant osteosarcoma (P<0.05),and the expression was correlated with the malignant degree.VEGF expression was positively correlated with the expression of OPN and COX-2. Conclusion OPN,COX-2 and VEGF play a role in the pathogenesis of osteosarcoma,OPN and COX-2 are regulatory factors of VEGF expression.OPN expression may be an early molecular event in the process of tumorigenesis and could be used as a biological marker to monitor the malignant process of osteosarcoma. ......
