气囊漂浮导管在重度冠心病冠脉搭桥术后的应用与护理

     [摘要] 目的：了解气囊漂浮导管在重度冠心病冠脉搭桥术后的作用，在护理过程中应注意的问题。方法：观察13例重度冠心病冠脉搭桥术后的患者插入气囊漂浮导管行血液动力学监测对病情判断及治疗调整的重要性、必要性、安全性及护理要点。结果：本组12例患者病情好转出院，1例患者多脏器衰竭死亡。留置导管时间3 d～6 d。结论：及时准确测量肺毛细血管楔压、心排血量、心排血指数、肺动脉压、判断心功能状况，是重度冠脉搭桥手术成功的关键。用气囊漂浮导管行血液动力学有创监测是安全和必要的。

    The Application of SwanGanz in Patients with Serious Coronary Artery Disease(CAD) after

    Coronary Artery Bypass Graft(CABG )and the Problem During the Nursing Care

    Abstract：Objective To investigate the importance of SwanGanz in patients with serious CAD after CABG and the problem during the nursing care.Methods 13 patients was put into practice,observing influence of SwanGanz in judging the hemodynamics and regulating the treatment,the security and the nursing care.Results Among 13 patients,12 patients was recovery,one died of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS).The SwanGanz keep 3~6 days.Conclusion It is the key of CABG that observe the pulmonarycapillary wedge pressure(PCWP),cardiac output(CO),cardiac index(CI) and pulmonary artery pressure (PAP),timely and accurately.the SwanGanz is necessar and safe in patients after CABG,though it is invasive. ......
