性康复干预对宫颈癌患者放疗后性生活质量的影响

     [摘要] 目的：探讨性康复干预对宫颈癌患者放疗后性生活质量的影响。方法：对48例行放射治疗的宫颈癌患者实施性康复干预，包括性生活指导、心理辅导及构建社会支持网3方面内容，采用问卷的方式对患者干预前后的性生活质量进行调查，并对其差异进行统计学分析。结果：干预后患者有性交人数(χ2=6.06，P<0.05)及性交频率(χ2=6.87，P<0.05)增加，性生活满意度(χ2=9.88，P<0.05)明显提高，性爱抚比例(χ2=17.62，P<0.05)升高。结论：性康复干预后可提高患者的性生活质量。

    Effect of Sex Rehabilitation Intervention on PostradiotherapyPatients with Cervical Carcinoma

    Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of sex rehabilitation intervention on postradiotherapy patients with cervical carcinoma.Methods Sex rehahilitation intervention were performed into 48 cases of postradiotherapy patients with cervical carcinoma,including sexual life guidances,psychological support,and the construction of social support network.Questionaire about the quality of sexual life had been carried out and compared the difference between preand postintervention in statistics.Results After radio therapy,the mennumbers and frequency of sexual intercourse were increase,the satisfaction of sexual life was better,and the rate of sexpetting was elevated.Conclusion Sex rehabilitation intervention can improve the quality of sexual life of postradiotherapy patients with cervical carcinoma. ......
