曹妃甸工业区建设初期环境状况调查与评价

    摘要 目的 通过对曹妃甸工业区建设初期环境状况调查,获得环境背景数据,为开展连续性环境监测和环境科学研究提供基础资料。方法 选定码头、钢厂和对照区为采样点,采集大气、土壤和海水样品,测定大气中二氧化硫(SO2)、氮氧化物(NOx)、总悬浮颗粒物(TSP)、可吸入颗粒物(PM10)等指标,海水的水温、溶解氧(DO)、铜(Cu)等21项指标和土壤中镉(Cd)、铅(Pb)等8种重金属指标,通过计算单项指数和综合指数对各采样点和工业区作出评价。结果 各采样点以及整个工业区空气中各种污染物浓度均未超标,空气质量分级为Ⅰ级,空气质量清洁;码头表层海水总As超标,单项水质指数2.500,码头表层海水综合水质指数为0.906,水质较好;码头10m深处水镍超标,单项水质指数为1.904,码头10m深处海水综合水质指数为0.779,水质较好;对照区海水综合水质指数为0.107,水质清洁。工业区海水综合水质指数为0.502,水质较好。土壤各采样点及整个工业区的8种重金属含量均未超过国家土壤环境质量标准中的自然背景值。工业区综合环境质量指数为0.76,环境质量状况尚清洁。结论 该工业区大气、土壤环境质量清洁,海水水质较好,工业区综合环境质量状况尚清洁。

    SURVEY AND ASSESSMENT ON ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS OF CAOFEIDIAN INDUSTRIAL AREA AT THE EARLY CONSTRUCTION STAGE

    Abstract Objective To obtain the environmental background data of Caofeidian industrial area by investigating Caofeidian industrial area at its early stage, in order to provide fundamental data for carrying out continuous environmental monitoring and research of environmental science. Methods According to the construction status of the industrial area, dock ,steel factory and control plot were chosen as the sample point, the samples of air, soil and seawater were collected. The concentration of the SO2、NOx、TSP、PM10 of air and 21 indexes of seawater, such as temperature、DO、Cu et al and 8 indexes of soil ,such as Cd、Pb et al were determined. Assessment of the sample points and the whole industrial area were carried out by calculating the sample index and the integrated environmental quality index. Results All the contents of air pollutants in the sample points as well as the whole industrial area were lower than those of the related standards, and quality of the air was classⅠ, which belonged to cleaning air. The integrated environmental index of the surface seawater was 0.906,and the quality of surface seawater was better, the concentration of As beyond the standard with the sample index of 2.500; The integrated environmental index of the deep seawater was 0.779, and the quality of surface seawater was better, the concentration of Ni beyond the standard with the sample index of 1.904;The integrated environmental index of the seawater in the control plot was 0.107,and quality of seawater was clean; The integrated environmental index of the whole seawater of the industrial area was 0.502,and quality of the seawater was clean. The concentrations of 8 kinds of heavy metals in five sample points as well as the whole area were lower than the background values of related standards. The integrated environmental quality index of the whole area was 0.76,and the environmental quality of the area was at the verge of cleanliness. Conclusion The environmental quality of air and soil was clean in the caofeidian industrial area, and the environmental quality of the seawater is better. The total environmental quality of the whole industrial area is at the verge of cleanliness. ......
