     [摘要] 目的：报告小切口胆囊切除术的临床应用体会。方法：回顾分析自2004年1月至2005年10月216例小切口胆囊切除术的应用情况。结果：全组小切口胆囊切除手术成功204例(94.4%)，延长切口12例(5.6%)。切口脂肪液化5例(2.31%)，无胆管损伤、胆漏、术中大出血等严重并发症发生，无病例死亡。结论：在传统胆囊切除术熟练操作的基础上开展小切口胆囊切除术是安全可行的。

    Experiences of Application with Minicholecystectomy in 216 Cases

    Abstract：Objective To report the clinic experiences of application about minicholecystectomy.Methods The clinical application in 216 cases of minicholecystectomy from January 2004 to October 2005 were analysed.Results The 204 cases(94.4%) were cured with minicholecystectomy,12 cases(5.6%)incision leng thened.5 cases(2.3%) incision of fat were dissolved,no serious of complications of bile duct injury、massive haemorrhage and bile leak were happened,no cases died.Conclusion To skillfully operate the conventional cholecystectomy in basis could be safely performed with minicholecystectomy. ......
