     [摘要] 目的：应用合适的温度制作病理切片。方法：组织取材，常规处理后，用几种不同温度冷冻组织块后进行切片，染色后镜下观察。结果：几种不同温度下制作的切片效果有极大的差异。结论：要制作优良的病理切片必须应用适当的温度。
