     【摘要】目的探讨皮质下动脉硬化性脑病(SAE)患者血浆P选择素、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平及其临床意义。方法选择54例SAE患者和57例健康老年人，采用酶联免疫法测定2组空腹血浆P选择素、Hcy水平,并进行比较。结果和对照组比较，SAE组P选择素、Hcy水平明显升高，差异有显著意义(P<0.01或P<0.001)。P选择素和Hcy呈显著正相关(r=0.302,P<0.05)。结论 SAE患者血浆P选择素、Hcy水平明显升高，二者对SAE的早期诊断和预测有重要价值，可能通过介导血栓的形成等机制共同参与SAE的发生、发展。

    A study on levels of serum Pselectin and homocysteine and their effects on patients with subcortical arteriosclerotic encephalopathy YANG Hua,XIA Zhangyong,WANG Yanxin,et al.Department of Neurology,The Third People's Hospital of Liaocheng, Shandong,Liaocheng 252000,China【Abstract】 Objective To explore the levels of serum Pselectin and homocysteine (Hcy) and their clinical effect on patients with subcortical arteriosclerotic encephalopathy (SAE).Methods 54 patients with SAE and 57 healthy elderly subjects were selected.Fasting levels of serum Pselectin and Hcy were measured with enzyme immunassay and were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of Pselectin and Hcy in the group of SAE group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.01 or P<0.001).Serum Pselectin level was positively correlated with Hcy level (r=0.302,P<0.05).Conclusion Levels of serum Pselectin and Hcy increased significantly in the patients with SAE.They may be important to early stage diagnosis and prediction of SAE.They may be take part in occurrence and development of SAE by the mechanism of causing thrombosis. ......
