[摘要] 目的：研究全自动分析TP试剂对镁测定的影响。方法：通过标本单独测镁与先测TP，再测镁的结果比较来讨论。结果：单独测镁与先测TP再测镁的结果差异具有显著性。结论：可能是TP试剂因含高浓度硫酸铜，对镁测定有正干扰。[关键词] 干扰；全自动分析；镁；总蛋白
Influence on Detecting Magnesium by the Reagent of TP

Abstract：Objective To study the effect of TP reagent on detecting magnesium by an automatical analyzer.Methods Determination of magnesium was carried out alone,compared with it was done after measuring TP.Results Significant differences were observed between the mean values of magnesium concentration in two groups.Conclusion TP reagent had significant influence on detecting magnesium,because it contented the high concentration of cupric sulfate.
